The Westport Library asked Chris Frantz (Talking Heads/Tom Tom Club) to curate a virtual music fest ie THE LOCKDOWN FESTIVAL. Chris chose 5 bands to participate. We were thrilled to be one of the chosen few.
The other groups were going to come with the heat so we knew what we had to do.
"LIVE ON THE ICE"
Besides two fantastic college figure skaters and our mascot The Hockey Monkey the Wonderland Of Ice in Bridgeport was empty. We set up on one end, froze our asses off and then by the third song, we warmed up from the spirit of hockey rock and roll.
Two brand new songs in the set, "Slow Whip" and the played four times before this performance "Gretzky Twist".
We could not be happier about the way this came out.
